For agencies

Your clients, one platform. None of the outreach.

Every brand you look after, from one account. One invoice, one currency, and one person here who knows your accounts. Less admin, and a cleaner line on the client’s bill.

What you stop doing.

Outreach is the part of the job your client never sees. Hand it over and spend the time on the work they do see.

We can pick the publications for you.

There are people behind the platform who know these markets. We can pick out the publications that fit a client’s niche and put it together as a plan you can take straight into a meeting, so you are not working through the marketplace yourself.

That includes publications we do not list yet. If a client wants one, say so and we will approach them.

Werner is one of the account managers you would deal with, and there are others, so you are never waiting on one person’s inbox.

No sign up cost. No subscription. No hidden fees.

The price on a listing is the price you pay, which means the margin you add on top is yours to set and easy to explain to a client. Pay by card when it suits, or by invoice when procurement needs it.

Reasons agencies
work with us

Price you can build on

The listing price is the final price. What you charge your client on top is your decision, and it is a number you can defend.

Pay by invoice

Card or invoice, whichever your finance process prefers. Both leave a paper trail, and your VAT number applies automatically once it is on file.

6 Currencies

Six to choose from, and you decide which one you pay in. No exchange fees taken off the top.

SEK, DKK, NOK, EUR, USD, GBP

No confusing scoring

Every listing shows Ahrefs DR, Moz DA and organic traffic. Numbers your client already recognises, in a report you do not have to translate.

Content handled for you

Brief us and we write the piece in the language the publication runs in. It comes back for your review before it goes live, so nothing publishes without a yes.

Vetted publications

Every site is checked before it can list, so you are not the one explaining a bad placement to a client afterwards.

Five formats to build a plan from.

Mix them across a retainer however the brief demands. Filter by market, niche and authority, see the price before you commit, and put the whole plan through one checkout.

Editorial Articles

Relevant articles created for a publication and its audience. You may also know them as guest posts. Whatever you call them, relevance is the key: the piece should fit the site and be worth reading for the people who already visit it.

Sponsored Content

Brand-funded content presented clearly and naturally within the publication. The article is clearly marked as sponsored on the page, so readers always know what they are reading.

Brand Mentions

Your client’s brand, product or company mentioned within a new, relevant article. The brand is part of the content rather than the subject of it, which makes this the lightest format on offer.

List Features

Your client included naturally in a curated list, comparison or roundup, a format often called a listicle. Think of pieces like the best tools for a job or where to eat in a city this summer. Your client takes one spot among several relevant picks, so the piece stays useful to readers and reads as a genuine selection rather than an ad.

Homepage Exposure

A visible placement on a publication’s homepage for brands looking for additional exposure. Usually a simple link in the right-hand column of the homepage, and it can also be a linked image.

Planning a retainer and want a second opinion on the mix? Ask us and we will tell you what comparable budgets are buying in that market.

Solo login, endless force

One login, every client you look after, and both sides of the marketplace. Buy placements for the brands you manage, or list sites of your own and any client sites you look after, all from the same account.

How it works for agencies

1

Build the shortlist

Filter the marketplace to the market, language and niche your client sells into, then compare publications on Ahrefs DR, Moz DA and organic traffic.

2

Shape the plan

Group the publications into something that makes sense for the client: markets, formats and how often. Each listing shows what it costs as you build, so the plan stays realistic.

3

Brief and approve

Brief our writers and the draft comes back for your approval before anything publishes. Upload content your team has already produced and it counts as approved by you, so it goes straight to the publication.

4

Settle it cleanly

Pay by card or by invoice, in SEK, DKK, NOK, EUR, USD or GBP, with your VAT number applied automatically once it is on file.

Making brand visibility
simpler, faster and smoother,
is what matters to us.

We have sat on your side of the table.

We spent years buying placements for clients before we built this platform, which means we know exactly which parts of the job are genuinely hard and which parts are only hard because the tooling is bad. Chasing a publisher for a price is the second kind.

What we won’t do is invent a scoring system that only makes sense inside our own product, inflate a listing price and call the difference a service fee, or promise your client an outcome that no platform can honestly guarantee.

You plan.

You approve.

You report.

Agency FAQ

Can I manage several clients from one account?

Yes. One login covers everything you buy, whichever client it is for, and you can pull up the order history for each of them, so you are not juggling a separate account per brand.

Can we pay by invoice rather than card?

Yes. Both are available on every order, so you can use whichever your finance process prefers.

How is VAT handled?

If you are eligible for VAT, add your VAT number when you register, under My Account then Billing, and it is applied from then on.

Do you contact our clients directly?

No. Your account is yours. We deal with you, and the publisher deals with us.

We don’t sell SEO. Can we still work with you?

Yes, in two ways. Buy placements for your clients from your own account, under your own name, or refer the client through our affiliate program and earn 5% of what they spend for their first six months. If you refer them, they become a Fjordio customer because you chose to send them. Otherwise we never contact your clients.

Can our own writers produce the content?

Yes. Upload your own article, or brief our writers if the volume is more than your team wants to carry that month.

Which currencies can we pay in?

SEK, DKK, NOK, EUR, USD and GBP, with no conversion fees.
